Onwards and Upwards, our scaffolders, have taken down some, but only some, of the higher level scaffold, revealing the larch-clad upstairs and letting more light into the courtyards. There’s a lot more scaffold to come down but they’re in no rush, and will use us as free storage until they have another job nearby. They’ve put up a platform in the dayroom to give safer access for plasterers, decorators and others to reach the high ceiling.






As Aaron and Tony finish the electrics first fix, James the plumber gets going on setting out the bathrooms and pipework. Once these guys have finished a room, Taff can move in and get plasterboard onto the walls and ceilings.
