The bog garden has filled with water but sadly has a slightly unpleasant pong. So at the moment it’s very much more ‘bog’ than ‘garden’, but we hope that when there’s some planting, the water’s settled, and some wildlife has made a home there, it’ll become a little more fragrant …

We can now lay out the position of the raised veg beds in front of the bothy and start building the paths in between. Warm, dry and sunny weather certainly helps!
