Chris and Bev – Heads in the Clouds

We had a nice Christmas – hope you all did as well in these strange times. We met more neighbours who are all lovely and even joined in some socially distanced carolling one evening. Wonder if we’ll be in our new home next Christmas?

Back to work today. The new framework for the roof of the west gate is now in place. This will be finished with felt, battens and tiles in the New Year. Dave has perhaps had some new braces for Christmas.

With some help from Dulcie, Dave has made a start on the new oak gates for the west gate, with his temporary set-up in the bungalow conservatory.

While Dave got on with the skilful stuff, Chris picked rubble from the filter bed area.
